Our Travelling Tots had an amazing morning last week at @rewildingedufarmforest !

The rain held off, giving the little ones a chance to explore, play, and hike with their mamas. We joined Ms. Teri for the My Grown Up and Me class, kicking things off with some free play in the children’s garden.

After that, we visited the chickens and goats, where the tots had a great time feeding them. We then ventured into the forest for some muddy fun in the play kitchen and on the swings. Our adventure wrapped up with a tasty blackberry treat, followed by a stroll through the flower garden and circle time with nature school friends.

What a magical experience to see the little ones having a blast in nature!

There were some laughs, relaxed babies and awesome information.

Aurelia of @vizitiuaurelia Baby Massage came by to lead these mamas through some infant massage techniques.

During our Mom and Baby class, we had a great discussion on pelvic floor health and safe exercise with @denine.rpt from @pushwomenshealth .

Denine introduced us to the programs available at her new space with @drashleybarker . @pushwomenshealth is dedicated to supporting women through prenatal and postpartum journeys with rehabilitative exercise and educational programs.

Throughout our discussion, Denine also highlighted common pelvic floor complications, along with their signs and symptoms, and shared breathing exercises to help connect with the pelvic floor.
